Vision Housing has a number of vacancies for resettlement workers in both North and South London.
The role is to manage the resettlement and rehabilitation of vulnerable people - ex-offenders, substance mis-users, victims of domestic violence and people with mental health problems.
Working as part of the resettlement team, the role involves managing a number of service users from referral through to positive outcomes.
You will enjoy working with a range of organisations from referring organisations, social landlords and individuals with a variety of needs. You will be a self-starter and team player, capable of acting on your own initiative and within a team environment.
Ideally, you will have or be willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance.
